Not quite 40 yet, but only a couple months shy of it. I'll admit, I don't feel quite like I did in my early 20's, but to be fair, from about 34 to 38 I really let my body and fitness go.

I'm getting fairly fit again now, working on getting back into race shape, and it's coming along. Other than the injuries (which have started to pile up), I feel pretty good. As my fitness, flexibility, and rehabilitation of my bad leg continue, I'm sure I'll be feeling quite a bit more "spry" :D

I'm 44. I lost 50 pounds when I was 27 and have maintained that loss since; up until that loss I had always been overweight. The weight loss made a big difference in my late twenties and thirties and then when I hit my late thirties I started running and that made me feel even better - emotionally and physically. I feel great now and have been frequently shocked to realize that time has passed. When did I become middle aged? I don't feel like an adult - in many, many ways.
