Looking to up my veggie intake and I've decided to try juicing. Is there anyone else on here juicing? Would love some guidance as I want to incorporate it into an healthy meal plan.

Juicing keeps all the sugar and discards the fiber. Much better off with high protein veggie smoothies.
Truthfully, though, there’s no quick fix. Sustainable life changes for long term solutions.

Try searching the forum - i'm sure it's been discussed a lot before.
I used to make veggie juices, but got tired of cleaning the juicer. And frankly they didn't taste all that great. Now i just eat veggies with dressing and couldn't be happier.0 -

I keep my veggie intake up too, but don't juice. Fiber is so good for you, smoothies are better.
