No gym access...any suggestions for home workout? I have hand weights, a very light barbell, & a bench. Strong, I am not!
    Thanks,
    Chris

I like your legs too... they make mighty fine earmuffs

I keep getting injured so my leg workouts have been almost non-existent for months. I miss leg exercises :grumble:

Heaviest weight you can hold and do slow negative squats..

Also one leg squats.. hold a wall for assistance until you can do them without. Slow negatives on this too.

Hamstrings - Put barbell on traps like back squat... keep legs straight and bend forward. They are called good mornings for slang I believe.

Look into Convict Conditioning, NerdFitness, and You Are Your Own Gym. Bodybuilding.com also has a lot of bodyweight exercises in their database.

other alternative strength training programs that require a little investment but are great are TRX Suspension and Sandbag exercises

Otherwise, invest in heavier plates and follow a routine like Stronglifts, Starting Strength, AllPros, and Wendler.

dumbbell squats, one leg squats, lunges, reverse lunges, side lunges, deadlift, leg extensions (if your bench has that), glute kickbacks...

I hate squats and lunges but I do them. Still need to polish my legs a lil but they are looking awsome!
