Hey team, I do meal prep every weekend and I usually get 1kg lean ground beef, 1kg boneless skinless chicken breast and 2 pieces of steak for me and my partner for our weekly shop. I live in New Zealand and I usually just stick to those stuff because theyre quite lean meat and easy to cook but I would like to change things up a bit. Please include dish you make with the meats you buy. Can include fish etc but a bit expensive here to buy in large quantities.

I wouldn't offer much variety at least it's an extra option. I have decided to stick with pretty much the same meal every time so I hit my macros and take vitamins for whatever the foods are lacking. Tilapia cooked with pam, a sprinkle of salt and black pepper, 1 cup of jasmine rice, 1/2 cup of cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, Kerrygold butter, and Huy Fong sriracha sauce. Sometimes, I'll use some lemon juice and/or lime juice. It's not that exciting, but it doesn't get much easier than that.

I prefer chicken thigh, it's tastier.

We also have minced turkey thigh fairly regularly, and pork chops
