feeling.. well not sure how i am feeling. i'm at it one week, and did great for the first days, but today i went to a buffet.. and ate too much. at this point is where I usually say.. i can't diet, it's all over and dip into the donuts tomorrow. although my calorie total was 1500 over my goal, I am proud i logged everything. I found out as i was writing down, maybe next time if I only pick ONE fried food, or skip the creamy dressings, add more salad, I might do better. I reminded myself, this is a lifestyle change , and in a way it's new to me. I can take this experience and learn from it.. or I can give up. and just knowing that makes me feel empowered. I am going downstairs to chop some veggies, got some food prep to. Beacuse I have made my choice.
