Trying to gain weight

Any high calorie foods I can eat that will pack on a few pounds. I'm trying to gain not lose.. I'm very athletic and high metabolism..

    All fats have twice the calories of either carbs or proteins.

    You can drink whole milk instead of water.

    Carry snacks with you and eat between meals as well.

    Bacon with breakfast. Butter on bread.

    Clif bars in your backpack. A protein shake blended with a banana and oil after a workout.

    Cheese and hard boiled eggs on your salad. Full fat dressings.

    Peanut butter, beef jerky, and hikers mix any time.

    Ice cream for dessert/ bedtime snack.

    I've been hitting my calorie goal every day this week by eating homemade chocolate chip birthday cake with chocolate icing washed down with whole milk.... it ain't rocket science.
