A difficult combination!
I’m struggling with failed ivf, early miscarriages and depression. I know losing weight will help but I’m in a spiral of comfort eating and hibernating.
We are planning to start a donor egg ivf cycle soon but I know I need to get fit first. I’d really appreciate chatting to anyone in a similar position or to find out any tips/motivation. Thank you x
