I lost 14 pounds in 1 month+ 1 week. Than I stopped loosing for 3 days. No biggie. Well than I gained 5 pounds in less than a week (even though my diet was the same) than dropped them in a couple days (water weight). And than now have been at a stand still again for over a week. Will I eventually just start loosing again or do I need to change something up? I eat about 1230 calories a day and work out 2-3 times a week. Starting weight 205 weight now 190.4.

So you lost 14 pounds in five weeks and in about a week you've gained 5 pounds and that weight has stayed on for the past week?

So it's been two weeks since you've seen any change on the scale?

What kind of excercise do you do?

    How long each excercise session?

Could you work towards 5-7 "1hr excercise sessions" a week? *Some of those sessions could be as simple as going for a walk, riding a stationary bike, etc.

It's water. I'd bet half your 14 loss was water and then your fluids rebalanced. A plateau should be expected as you stabilize. I'd expect you to lose 1-2 lbs a week at those calories levels. One gallon of water weighs 8 pounds. You have about 14 gallons of water in you right now.

I gained 5 lbs in 1 week but lost it in 2 days so I assumed it was water weight. It's been over 2 weeks since I've lost any weight other than what I gained and lost.

literally look at the flow chart I posted. If it's been less than 3 weeks, it's not a plateau.

Look at @aeloine's flow chart (posted above). Assuming you're measuring your portions and logging accurately, then stay on plan and you should resume losing weight.

The flow chart is kind of a pita to zoom in on in the app and people may not see the image at all if they're using a screen reader or other accessibility device. If the OP can read it, it's a great resource. But it's also possible they just can't.

    I understand. My apologies.
