So the past two weeks, I haven't gone to the gym, but have just been watching what I eat and tracking everything carefully and I am down 5 lbs. I'm hoping to start working out again today and continue to track and be careful - with that I think weight will continue to go down. I'm 147 and would like to get down to 135.
