My name is Justin and I am a 36 year old former college athlete. After 15 years of Yo-Yo dieting, drinking, and a cancer scare I am ready to get back at it. I am 312lbs and my muscles have atrophied to the point that my strength is at the level of my sophomore year of high school. Doctors orders are to loose weight to help my damaged liver. I want to do so in a way that I keep my muscle mass, don't get so hangry that my wife leaves me, and that I can maintain long term. Thanks for the support, and if you have a magic pill that can make me 21 again send me a PM.
