Hey, guys. Quick question... I haven't been on MFP for a long time and just got back on today. I was wanting to log in my planks but can't seem to find the appropriate exercise in the app. Are planks called something else on here? Or am I just missing it? Also, is it normal for your muscles to shake really bad while holding a plank when you first start doing them?

They don't appear to be here, so you'll need to create your own personal entry for it. You can do that on the "My Exercises" subtab of the Exercise tab.

But it may not be that important. Strength training doesn't burn that many calories, and you won't find a calorie burn listed for any exercises in that category. It's mainly just to keep track of your training progress, but there may be other, more convenient ways of doing that than the app. There's a single cardio exercise "Strength training" that lets you add a very approximate calorie burn from an entire strength training workout. I assume it tends to overestimate rather than under, especially if you take longer breaks between sets.

And yes, you might get that shake when you start out. It will go away as you get stronger.

Shaking during planks is normal.....at least for me. I'm in pretty good shape and have done other core building exercises over the years. Just switched over to planks a few weeks ago and I shake every time.
