Hey! I have no idea what I’m doing on here but I love this app! I’m actually trying to gain weight or muscle, all while toning everything up! Feel free to send me tips.

    Hey Whitney, yep this is app will u be great for what u want to do! Well sounds like u need to up your cals to gain muscle, but when u begin it is important first and foremost to set your goals, write them down and be realistic about what u really want to do. You need to plan for your journey then u can decide how you want to do this. Most diets fail over time so your journey has to be life changing to really be in this long term. This is very broad, but it may be a start....best of luck

    Thank you very much! I’ve really been working on it. Weight gaining has always been hard for me to do. My stomach area however is where what little weight I do have migrates. I want to gain a few pounds everywhere else and tone up my stomach! Thanks for the tips!
