well its a little over a year since I started keto and I feel that I did ok lost about 70 lbs but reacently I put back 11 lbs when I stopped taking a water pill. I was just wondering how everyones year went ?

    Awesome! Well done on your weight loss.

    I got divorced, got depressed, lost my job, got obese, and then got myself together.

    Lost some weight, lost some baggage, lost some faith in humanity.
