So now I 've lost a little bit of weight (still 20lb to go ) I 've noticed instead of fat looking round and plump it's going a bit squidgy?

As in cellulite is more prominent and noticeable. Do I have any chance of getting rid of some cellulite in my late 30s or is this something I'm going to be stuck with forever?

I'd like to think as overall body fat reduces and continuing Stronglifts it will look better but not sure.
Anyone else noticed their "fat bits" lack of better word lol looking different as they slim down ?

Cardio and resistance training can reduce cellulite to a certain degree. How much depends on genetics and how bad the begin situation is.

How you store fat and the appearance of cellulite are largely dependant on genetics but I think strength training definitely won't hurt. I'm in my 30's and I've noticed a huge improvement in cellulite in my legs while strength training over the last two years. I was pregnant and gained 55lbs. in that time-frame (I'm calling it pregnancy bulking lol) and when I compare data points at the exact same weight now and two years ago, I'm significantly smaller now measurement-wise and I have a lot less cellulite. I can't say you'll have the same experience of course, but I would wager you'll see at least some long-term improvement if you continue with resistance training to maintain the muscle you have and then recomp when you move into the maintenance phase.

Thank you both I only started developing cellulite last 4 years or so once my weight shot up,
I'll stick with resistance and plan is to recomp once I'm at my goal so hopefully I'll see some results.

Mine has gotten much less noticeable since I started working out, having good muscle tone really helps.
