Hello New to this

I live in Calif and I'm 41 yrs old. I want to lose at least 20lbs and its so tough being older. I walk 6 days a week for a hour. I'm doing a couple challenges and starting monday the c25K. I do not like running but thought it would confuse my body and maybe help with the weight loss. I've done the gym thing and yes i'm more than likely to go but cant get back to going. I want to be healthy again. I do watch what i eat and with fitnesspal it helps me stay within my intakes.

Anyone can add me we all can support and motivate each other we got this : )
