    That would put you at more than 2 lbs/week, so a very low calorie diet (VLCD). That is against MFP rules.

    26*3500= 91,000 Calories. That's more than 1,000 calorie deficit a day. Everyday... not 4-5 times a week that you plan on biking.

    can't stop eating rice and noodles, this is my big problem, been enjoy spinning class around months now, surprised how muscle gained, late snacks are evil.

    No, your problem is that you're hungry because you're trying to cut too many calories. Eat at least 1200/day.
