Introduce Myself

Hello everyone, I am new to this app but very exited to use it. Anyone have a great ab work out for the gym? I try and go 3-4x a week and eat healthy 9 Times out of 10, I splurge here and there but don’t go over board. I do 30 mins cardio and then some lifting. I feel like I am not burning/losing as quickly as I would like. I started around January 23rd, have lost 14 pounds but feel like I am at a halt. I would like to lose another 30-40 pounds. Tips, suggestions? Thank you in advance
