OMAD Anyone?

Does anyone do OMAD and have an open diary? I've started it and just started weighing and tracking again. I'm just trying to get some meal ideas and find people who have success with eating this way. It hasn't been very long and my sleep, digestion, and ability to keep to stay in a calorie deficit have all improved.
I've been just under 1200 calories (not good, I know) twice in the last 3 days trying to come up with meals. I'm aiming for a min of 1200 and a max of 1400. I'm currently 5'6" 253 lbs and looking to lose at least 100 lbs.
I've had my "aha" moment recently and was mentally ready to make the changes I needed to make. The mental blocks that have always stood in my way seem to be gone and I'm ready to finally lose this weight.
I chose OMAD because before this I'd get up and eat breakfast, then my hunger was set off for the day and I'd eat and eat throughout the day, snacking and eating meals that were probably suited for two. With OMAD I set an hour aside around 17:30 - 18:30 and that's my food window. I can have quite a large meal so I'm getting that full/satisfied feeling I always found myself looking for and I can eat the foods I want to eat and not force myself to eat foods I don't like just because they're "healthier". I'm trying to plan my meals the at night for the next day so I don't even need to think about food until I'm about to cook. So far, so good.
