15 Day Challenge by Kaylin Neil

A coworker introduced me to this workout and I have already completed the 15 day challenge yesterday and restarted it yesterday because I love the feel it gives me and the self-confidence. I lost 12 pounds and went down five inches on myself. It took me a good bit to finally get myself into the hang of it, but the program changed my life. Kaylin mixes MMA training into her workouts and it makes it very challenging but highly rewarding. She also coaches you and helps you along with your meal plans that you make yourself and adjust to the new program quite easily. What what drew me most to the program was that it was free! I love how my body is feeling and myself is feeling when I complete a workout. I am more energetic and less "heavy" feeling because I weighed my body down with junk food. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to try and if it doesn't fit you, at least you didn't spend money on it.
