Frustrated with myself

I seem to have fallen of the wagon pretty hard and weight is rapidly going in the wrong direction.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get motivated?

    Now is a new day. Put down the snack, pick up something heavy.
  • Have lots of pre-planned snacks ready, and don’t try to be perfect. Remember that even though it feels like life with a baby should be back to predictable/normal, it really isn’t. I’m not sure when family life becomes completely predictable again, and my youngest is 6 years old! I still get thrown for a loop and my plan goes out the window when a kid is sick. So, um, plan for unpredictability?

    Start with maintenance, then introduce a deficit slowly so you're not deprived.

    And speak to yourself kindly, beating yourself up about it won't help.
