Frustrated with myself

I seem to have fallen of the wagon pretty hard and weight is rapidly going in the wrong direction.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to get motivated?

Have lots of pre-planned snacks ready, and don’t try to be perfect. Remember that even though it feels like life with a baby should be back to predictable/normal, it really isn’t. I’m not sure when family life becomes completely predictable again, and my youngest is 6 years old! I still get thrown for a loop and my plan goes out the window when a kid is sick. So, um, plan for unpredictability?1

Start with maintenance, then introduce a deficit slowly so you're not deprived.
And speak to yourself kindly, beating yourself up about it won't help.3 -
Forget motivation and wagons. Motivation is fleeting, and there is no wagon.
Set up a meal and exercise plan you can and want to stick to. Then use the necessary amount of discipline to stick to it.6
