HITTING PLATEAU

Petite but buildable, at a standstill can’t seem to gain. Any tips?? Wanting to hit 135lbs currently sitting at 122lbs or so .. also trying to tone and weight train

After a while of feeling really full and like your eating too much as long as you are working out as well your body will eventually get used to the new amount of food you eat and you won’t feel so full all the time0
