Hi, all! I'm Shaun and I'm new to this site. Just started working out (again) two weeks ago. I pretty much know what I'm doing, exercise-wise, but I could use a few tips on how to eat while I'm building muscle and trying to lose a little fat. Very confused on this topic. Any tips or advise would be welcome. Thank you all.
