Eons ago, I joined a calorie counting site. Lost some fat cells. Rather, shrunk some fat cells. Then had another kid, had a serious bout of depression, turned 40 (which is not a bad thing...it’s amazing I lasted this long), and just became complacent.

Dr Phil says you can’t change what you don’t acknowledge. Oh, I acknowledged it all right. I just wasn’t “fed up”. Well, now I’m fed up. Time to stop feeling physically like crap all the time. Time to start new, better, habits.
