I take spin class thrice a week so I pretty much always have the same mileage. I actually missed Friday the 2nd and then did something else on the 9th, but I'm at 4 hours, 60 miles so far this month.0

Yeah I did 800 hours for 2 back to back years. Strongest I ever got. But you don’t get many days off...like none
There is a very strong correlation between your watts per kilo at threshold...800 hours for me was 290 FTP or 4.9, which means really fast solo 100s1 -
I'm at 15 hours and just over 251 miles for the month of March.
But I'm running and swimming too.1 -
So I have done 35 hours of riding this month. Over 170 hours for the year...going for 800 hours this year.
Did my first outdoor road ride last weekend...107 miles. Did another 36 mike ride outside today. Other than those two rides ~ 8 hours the rest was in the land of Zwift....indoor trainer rides. Just starting an 8 week intensity phase. Time to get fast.

Nah I quit the tri thing...did 27 races. Got pretty ok, but I wanted to excel at one. Plus I had some major family issues come along so choose to do the sport that is the most fun for me.
And yeah, I like fast (and really long rides)0 -
105 miles today, 3000 feet of climbing (so flat-ish), 2 other people (one drafted for almost the whole ride). Averaged 21.7 until we stopped trying at mile 100...over average speed 21.3.

Did manage another shortish outdoor ride but a "6% chance of rain" still meant I got rained on!
The week ended with another cold snap and more snow but also ended on a high-point today with an indoor 40km PB. Felt pretty comfortable too with a low HR so there's room to keep nibbling some time off.
Saturday saw me hit a recent PB (last couple of decades = recent) for overhead press too so overall I'm in a good place for both strength and cardio but now need to lose a bit of fat for the cycling season.0 -

Seems in retrospect my mileage goal was a bit conservative, probably based on getting really fed up with indoor training. Mostly cycling outdoors now which has rekindled my enthusiasm.
First half century of the year today and felt pretty good despite my back grumbling whenever I got down on the drops. Need to do some longer rides as it's seven weeks to my first organised event of the year, a 92 mile sportive.0 -
Got up to 505 miles for the month but too many short rides and not enough long rides in that total.
Hope the weather in April is kinder than it has been in March.
