Hello my name is Trevor. I'm 38 years old and when I started my self made diet 5 weeks ago I weighed in at 250lbs. I'm a bit of a burly guy, I work in the trades, and for as long as I can remember I never gave a crap about what I ate or that I drank a ton of coke everyday. Well my life changed 5 weeks ago, and I have no idea what caused it. I stopped eating beef, poultry, pork, breads, all junk food, stopped drinking pop and fruit juices. I cut out all the crap, I mean all of it. I switched to a diet of fish, fruit and veggies. I started excersizing with a bowflex and going on regular walks. I now portion my foods and stay around 1400 - 1800 calories a day. I feel fu#$%ng fantastic! I sleep better, I'm in better moods, and my energy levels are endless, I am a happier person. Oh yeah I've lost over 20 lbs too.
