Honey Custard with Peach Compote - 200 cals.
I needed to make something for a potluck tomorrow and this was the winner! It was really good. The Honey Custard recipe is in the link below. I followed it as-is, except I used whole milk and not skim.

Peach Compote:
You will need 3-4 peaches
3-4 tbs. of honey
1/3 cup of amaretto liquor (optional)
Cut the peaches into small chunks
Heat the honey over medium heat
Add peaches and cook until soft (about 6 minutes)
Add amaretto and cook for about 3 minutes, until thicker.
Makes about (16) 2-tbs. servings at 48 cals.
Not a bad 200 cal snack.
