Going to the gym can help, but it starts with the eating behaviors,and modifications 1st. Healthy life style change!! The gym will compliments that change for sure.

absolutely - i definitely find the nutrition part to be most challenging. especially on the weekends.0 -
Definitely! The first thing I did when I started losing weight was change my diet and eating habits before even stepping foot in a gym! Nutrition is something I definitely struggle with1

This depends on what your goals are. Not everyone at the gym is there to lose weight/stay "trim."3 -

that depends on your goals and priorities.. i'm a powerlifter, My diet compliments my training, not the other way around.1 -

I'm behind you on that. I'm there to gradually increase my weight and my lifts along with it.
I see the scales slow climb as a very positive indicator.0
