Did you put your stats MyFitnessPal when you signed up? It does all the calculations for you.1

Yes but i just wanna know if eat all maintainance calories and burn 500 calories by doing sport its going to help me lose weight1

Yes but I think it's gonna be hard to determine and exact amount of calories you're burning. Most people don't eat back 100% of their burned calories. I think you should eat 250 calories under maintenance.
But there's no harm in trying to eat all of your maintenance first. If you're not losing just keep lowering it until you start losing.1 -
I always used the numbers on this site and ate all the exercise calories and lost at the predicted rate. Lost 70+ pounds that way and still keeping it off ten years later.2

So yes, you can eat at maintenance and exercise for your deficit or you can eat at a deficit and exercise but then eat more.
Same/same.1 -

Does your maintenance calories include exercise...usually when people say "maintenance calories" it is indicative of all activity. Like when I say that I maintain on 2800-3000 calories, that includes the exercise I do so if I wanted to cut weight I would have to eat less.1 -
If you eat 500 calories a day less than your true TDEE, you should lose 1 pound a week.
If you exercise 500 calories a day worth and eat at TDEE, you should lose 1 pound a week.
If you eat 500 calories a day less than TDEE AND exercise 500 calories a day, you should lose 2 pounds a week.
BUT--it's hard to get your calories that exact and harder to get your exercise that exact.
AND--it may be too aggressive to do both.
It won't do you any good to work hard, lose a lot of weight really fast, then eat everything in sight because you are so Hangry and gain more than
You lost.
