Calorie count

Hello everyone!

I am working out a lot but unfortunately I only know the amount of calories burnt during my cardio sessions, I don't know how many I burn while weight lifting and resistance training; it's really frustrating. Yes, I know there are HRM gadgets for that but where I live right now I can't buy one, not even online. I know this is pretty vague but it would be great to have an approximate number of calories a person with around 99 kgs would burn after 45 minutes. I think I have a moderate intensity work out...

E.g.: pectoral fly, rear deltoids, back extention and chest machine, 3 setsX12repsX21 kgs of each exercise.
Biceps curl 3setsX12repsX14kgs
Triceps ext. 3setsX12repsX21kgs
Shoulder press 3setsX12repsX7kgs
Abs 3setsX25repsX42kgs

Thank you for the help!

There is really no way to tell how much your lifting session burns. Average for your height and the time would be anywhere from 200-400, but it's not factoring in the rest time between sets, your intensity, etc.

Under Cardio Exercise there should be a "Circuit Training" entry. Use that.
