Abductor adductor machines yes or no

I like these machines as I feel it working my inner thigh (hoping to create a thigh gap haha ) and lift my *kitten* off the floor! However. I’ve read lots of negatives about the machines from exercise sights to male snide comments. Do you use these machines? Should I continue or do something else???

I use them, but just to activate my glutes on Wednesdays before I do hip thrusts and cleans.
ETA I can out lift half the guys in my gym so IDGAF what anyone thinks.2 -
I do, but I also don't care what others think. And yes the guys love to make comments about those machines. If you don't feel comfortable using them then look for other ways to work the muscles.0

It won't give you a thigh gap. That is down to the configuration of your hips, and where you store fat, genetics.
A calorie deficit will help with fat, the ab/ad machine will help strengthen the muscle.
I use it both ways, ab and ab, I want to roll cigars and crack walnuts with my thighs. (Sorry, in a silly mood)
Cheers, h.6
