I now have a bench, dumbbell, barbells, and 85 lbs of weights in 10lb, 5lb, and 2.5lb. I need a regimen keeping in mind that I am also doing RI30 for the next few weeks as well. Female, CW 238, 5' 5", TDEE-30, wanting to hold on to muscle and tone while losing fat. Need any more info... ask. Diary open just in case you need that for some reason.

I'd look at the "New Rules of Lifting" series of books. I started with the Abs title and have moved on to modified "Supercharged" routines.
NROL recommends compounds lifts that work your whole body with few isolation lifts. I am stronger after working with NROL routines for about a year now.
For myself, I have added hip thrusts and stiff-legged deadlifts to isolate my "weak" posterior chain.0
