Hi y’all I’m Evy. I am excited to start this new chapter in my life and I hope I can make some new friends and find/and be (an) encouragement for y’all too. I have struggled with my weight and I have decided it’s time to take my life back. I want to be healthy. I am currently 200 pounds and I’d like to get back down to 140. I gained a lot of weight due to previously having had a stroke but now I’m doing better physically and ready to conquer this weight gain.

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed [a friend's] MFP experience and helped [them] be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
