Looking to add friends or be added for fitness and diet motivation. Looking to drop 30, I've lost 15 already and progress is slowing. Add me if you would like.

    Hi there :) Weight loss rate slows down as you lose weight, so nothing to worry about. The only adjustments you need, is to tighten up your food logging and/or be more patient.

    Definitely struggle with logging food and properly logging it when I do.
