Vacation NSV

I went on vacation with my mom and my two children ages 14 and 4. We went to the beach. The first NSV was one from earlier in that I was actually able to wear a bathing suit without extensive cover ups and I felt comfortable. I actually really liked how I looked in the swimsuit. This was not, however, the nsv that made me feel so awesome.
At one point while we were on the beach, my 4 year old daughter looked at me and said, "I'm gonna go running. I will be right back." We all laughed cause she is so cute. My mom even said, "She gets that from her mother." Then we all suddenly realized that she really was going for a run and was pretty far down the beach. I jumped into action and kicked off my flip flops and went running after her. I caught up with her pretty quickly, but then we both decided we liked running down the beach and just kept running. I had to actually slow down so she could keep up with me! AND she tired out WAY before I did! 3 months ago, I wouldn't have even been able to catch her without winding myself. Now it felt good to run! I could have just kept on going! I feel amazing!
