Hello. I just joined today. I lost 35 lbs on weight watchers 2 years ago, but have since put on 24 lbs. I re-joined weight watchers but just do not like their new plan and I actually put on a few lbs. I have heard such good reviews about myfitnesspal that decided to give it a try!

Welcome,
I think these two links are extremely helpful and can help you get the most out of MFP:
http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1234699/logging-accurately-step-by-step-guide/p1
http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1080242/a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants/p1
The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed a friend's MFP experience and helped them be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.

I've been doing MFP since January....I love it. It's working for me. Down almost 15#. It takes some work, dedication and patience, but so worth it!0
