Sweet potato waffle recipe

Hi all,
Does anyone have a recipe for low calorie, low sodium, low fat sweet potato waffles? Nothing I’ve found on the net looks “right”, if you know what I mean. I am a 63 year old man in Georgia, USA trying to drop some weight.
