Hello, I was wondering if anybody could tell me some good ab exercises to do at the gym. I have two kids and have that little mommy pouch that I would really like to have go away. I go to the gym about 3 to 4 times a week, I will also take advice I’m good at home at exercises.

Keep up with your calorie deficit and start strength training.6

@DancingMossie Thank you. I do about 30 mins of cardio followed by some kind of weights. My calorie intack is pretty low, most days I don’t even reach my goal for calories2

Too little calories will not help you retain muscle. Try to reach your goal and keep up with your exercise.6

You should probably do weight training BEFORE cardio.
Learn the basic compound lifts properly and focus on them.
