That's inspiring, and great work. I hope I can get somewhere near that when I'm your age!

I’m almost speechless,
It is obvious you have worked hard and I do believe in all the years I’ve been looking at your photos that this is the best you have looked.
That little waist to big, big shoulders ratio is very impressive.
Seriously, I’m not just old lady flirting, you really look fantastic!Your wife is one lucky woman.
(ok, a little old lady flirt)1 -
Thank you very much M! I’ll fail to accurately express how much i appreciate your comments. 🤗
I love the journey and how hard the whole process is. I only wish I had figured out the diet aspect of all this a couple decades ago.1 -
looking jacked !💪🏻👏🏻

All the hard work, discipline and determination you have is absolutely something to feel extremely proud of. You've never looked better! We're all here for it, C! 🙂🙃🙂

thank you Matt. I’m actually 183 lbs so I’m about 22 lbs lighter.

I would expect a joke from you about eating broccoli 🥦.
You’re a sweetheart Maria.

I am on the struggle bus lately, but we only fail when we stop trying.
Thank you for your kind words. 🤗2 -
You’re resilient and insightful. I have no doubt in your abilities.

#goalz my dude - well done man
1 -
thank ya brother.
I’m actually pushing down 1-2 more pounds. Then I’ll start to increase carbs by 50-75grams every 2 to 3 days til I return to maintenance calories to slowly fill the muscle bellies back out. Dead line is June 27th. Goal is 7-8%bf but bigger/fuller once I stop slowly starving myself 😅
4 -
how are you measuring bf? Inbody or dexa?
0 -
7 point caliper test and surprising good estimates from using chatGBT when compared to the caliper results.
1 -
I’ll look into this - I’ve been wanting to get a dexa - but wanna wait til I hit my inbody goal - I got to 9.6 on in body last year - but think they are a few points off - so gonna shoot for 7-8 this year assuming that’s prolly gonna be closer to 10 - it going slow though - I started eating at maintenance during my last deload week - to fight the diet fatigue - but it extends the process a bit - the experiment never ends
2 -
yeah man I take all those measurements with a grain of salt. I use it basically the same way I would if I was using a scale that wasn’t calibrated correctly. As long as I’m using the same test or same scale it will track my trend if you know what I mean. Using the calibers and then uploading pics into chatGBT and getting the same or very similar numbers gives me a bit more peace of mind.
I respect the discipline and grit you’re putting into Rob. There’s something about enjoying the difficulty of the process.
