Is it Ever the Right Time?

My name is Ashlee. I have always been overweight. I am not new to MFP but I am new to using it properly. I have never used it where I wanted to have support or be a support to others. I have never used it where I document everything that I actually eat. I started at 437lbs in 2015 and currently weigh 248.8lbs. I was proud of my success as I had gotten all the way down to 224lbs. After becoming comfortable with my eating habits I began to put the weight back on and that's when I realized "dieting" isn't a good thing. I cannot no longer diet. I have to make lifestyle changes and learn to live happy. I currently have incorporated the Keto lifestyle and LOVE IT. I'm not a huge Carb-bread eater but never realized how many other food items contained Carbs. I'm learning to enjoy food and not be afraid to eat I'm learning to enjoy food and not have to be in love with it. I'm over all learning to love Me!

Thanks to whoever is willing to listen and support, and I am here to support whoever needs and wants it too! :)<3

I need to do a lot better with incorporating the working out! I always tell myself I will start to workout after I lose 10 more lbs, then it becomes 10 more lbs or I never lose the 10 because working out is such a vital part of losing weight!
