Hello. I am Kheri. I am a stay at home parent of two school age children. My husband is the mailman. Have to know me joke. I currently weight 235 lbs. I am hoping this fitness app will help me. I did almost a year at a gym five days week and saw nothing but sore muscles and a tore rotator cup in my right shoulder. I am alone a majority of the day and prefer not to work out alone. Maybe this will help before we leave for vacation n June.
