Hey people, just to clarify im 5ft2 and weigh around 53-54kgs. I eat clean and healthy and i workout regularly 3 to 4 x a week. To be honest my journey of the healthy journey really started a year ago ..well just about. I used to 65kgs around 3 years ago. I think ive sort of plateued i dont know. I love learning new things and gaining experience. My legs are pretty toned but in general my body is in its best shape its ever been. My one massive problem is my belly. I just cannot obtain a flat belly! It really depresses me just wish it would go. I drink 3litres of water a day, excercise etc..what else can i bloody do?? Its not a massive bulge but noticeable just this little pooch! Eugh so irritating.

Also, bear in mind that you might be comparing yourself to fitness models' photos taken with perfect lighting while striking a pose.
The girls in those photos don't even look like the girls in those photos.14 -
Thanks for the link. No no not comparing, just get so frustrated with this little belly always popping out. Its the only thing that really sticks out on my body. Would do anything for a flat stomach lol1

Is it bloating or fat? Flat tummy in the morning but not so flat by evening?
How's your posture?1 -
Genetics. Nothing you can do except lose more fat. I get skinny arms and legs WAY before my belly goes away here.3

Abs takes time, be patient.

Just wish there was some sort of something i could do to speed up the process!0 -
Belly fat is usually the last thing to go, at least for me anyway. I'll lost weight on my boobs, arms and legs before anything goes on my stomach/hips. A lot of it is just time and patience really. It takes a while to come off, there isn't really anything you can do to speed up the process but oh if it was only that easy2

It's been a year and a half for me and it just takes time. And like others said it could just all be down to genetics0 -

This is a great resource above.amyteacake wrote: »Belly fat is usually the last thing to go, at least for me anyway. @amyteacake has it right. Belly fat is the first to go on and the last to come off. Stubbornly come off at that. A lot of folks recommend lifting weights to get those last pounds off and expose those ab muscles. Maybe add that to your exercise routine for a few months and see?
Good luck!
