How many grams of sugar from fruits is okay?

From what foods should I get 55-70% daily fat? Monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, or saturated?

What ratio of fat in meat should I eat? 85/15, 80/20, etc.?

If eating at maintenance calories and eating back exercise calories, will I still lose body fat and inches if I include strength training and cardio?

I love waffles or peanut butter sandwiches as a pre or postworkout snack. What can I do to healthily and tastily replace these carbs?

How am I going to get enough calcium without dairy?

Isn't adding a bunch of butter to my diet going to make me UNhealthy?

Sorry, lots of questions! The diet makes a lot of sense, but I'm just a bit confused in these areas!
