Some advice on what to do next?

Hi all,

I have been going to the gym for almost a solid 2 months, 4 days a week, and have been on various diets across this period of time. I am getting stronger in the gym and have been increasing weight weekly for certain exercises.

I am looking for advice on whether I should be bulking, cutting or maintaining? I have heard the best way to know is to measure your body fat, but have also heard this is hard to calculate and usually not very accurate? Any advice would be great, I think just hearing from another human is helpful rather than looking through hundreds of other posts.

Before people ask too I am a 6ft 1 male, I weigh 12stone 7lbs and my current macros are 200g carbs, 192g protein (which I struggle to meet), 55g fat.

    I would go for maintaining weight, continue with resistance training, and be less ambitious with diet composition. The fact that getting enough protein is important, doesn't mean that more than necessary, to the point of struggling to meet target, is better.
