Hey.... I'm looking for something that syncs to this App, and gives me a range of useful measurements. Any recommendations?? I want to lower fat, but keep muscle up...need good WiFi or Bluetooth scales that talk to my iPhone 7 help!

The scales that give you a range of measurements aren't accurate. I recommend spending your money on something more fun than an scale0

So how do you keep a track of muscle and fat changes? Just use a mirror ?0

I don't own scales. A tool of the devil. My gym has a fancy set. It measures fat as well. I don't know what witchcraft it uses...and I don't honestly know how accurate it is. But its a consistent measurement from the same machine that I use in addition to other things.
I can see it in the mirror and by how my clothes fit how I am doing in terms of decreasing fat. You can see the difference between the fat on your body and the muscle.1
