Vitamin A percentage

So apparently my percentage is at 150% and I haven't even ate dinner yet. My potassium intake is low though even though I've had 3 cups of baby greens, some tomatoes, and even milk (all of which contain potassium) anyone else notice how unbalanced their diet is? And should I worry about my Vitamin A being at 150%?

Most "vitamin A" in food (as opposed to supplements) is actually vitamin A precursors that your body turns into vitamin A. It won't do that if it already has enough vitamin A. So unless you're taking vitamin A in supplements, or eating a lot of liver, you probably don't have anything to worry about. And even then, the upper limit is a bit more than 300% of the RDA, so about twice what you've had.
