Couch potato getting back to being fit

Not even going to lie. I'm a couch potato. At work, I move around a lot, but not enough to get me sweating, and I live close to work so when it is nice outside, I walk or take my bike to work. That sums up my "exercise".
My eating habits are horrible. I am a snacker. I would rather snack than eat a meal, and the only meal I really eat is dinner. Today I tried to get out of that habit, I even had breakfast (not a morning person so I usually skip bfast and go straight to lunch) With all that being said...I am a junk food junkie. I love snacking on pastries, and chips and soda and juices to wash it down.
Today is my day one. I went grocery shopping and grabbed grapes instead of candy. Celery and carrots instead of chips. Flavored seltzer with some fruit to infuse with it instead of soda. I grabbed a jump rope to start some cardio as I am watching my shows. I can do this. I have the power to change my habits! *coming from someone that really hates plain water....the seltzer with fruit is amazing! *

That's a great start! Well done! These first steps of breaking old habits are the hardest. But you can do this.0
