I am absolutely on top of the world. Yes, week one BUT I have been making subtle changes prior to going balls to the wall. Stopped diet Coke, stopped any soda, changed from sleeping till 12pm and working all night to up at 715am and bed by 12am. Looking for some positive friends who are losing ANY amount of weight. I have to lose over 100 pounds but I'm not looking at it like "omg..
