Need to get back on the wagon....

Fell off the wagon because of stress. I need to learn not to let stress ruin my diet but it happens. I need...want....to get back on the wagon but food makes me feel better when I'm so upset. Ideas on how to get through tomorrow within calories? Need to get back on the wagon....

    Find another way to deal with stress. Meditation, yoga, tai chi, long walks on the beach, rock climbing, adult coloring books, kickboxing...

    Prelog your food for tomorrow now. I do this almost every day. Then try to move more tomorrow so that you get additional calories. Spend them on a treat.

    Preset meals and timed rewards. I don’t WANT to cheat when I know I get to get my nails done and can check something off my wishlist if I keep going. Plus the feeling being healthy gives me alone is enough most of the time
