Really needing some fitness tips

So it's not really weight I'm wanting to lose but rather replace fat with muscle. However, I'm not completely that experienced with what exercises is best to achieve this. Any comments would be helpful

Weight lifting! As you can't physically turn fat into muscle (but I know what you mean!) Lifting will build more muscle while burning fat so eventually you will have "replaced fat with muscle"! Good luck girl!0

I think eating at a maintain calorie intake, and lifting will make your goals come. Just make sure your protein is good0

Gillian Michaels 30 day shred is a really good one for beginners - simple to do at home, only 20 mins a day and it ticks all the boxes.
