Hi peeps, looking for a push..need to start back on my workout n eating plans!!

    Same here, some days I will be really up for it and ready to smash the gym and my goals, but I usually find that it only lasts 2/3 days, pathetic I know haha! Any tips?

    Ease into training. If you into weights. Plan before hand on the exercise you want to do and on which day, rather like some weirdo free styling on any weight machine and having no clue what body part to work on. Meal plans, depending on what you want to do lose weight? Make low carb meals etc.
